WHAT TO EXPECT: OUR PROCESS POST-COVID

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE OFFERING MANICURE & PEDICURE SERVICES ONLY

 

In order to reduce risk, we will only be offering manicure and pedicure services at this time. We will not be offering waxing or lash extensions until further notice due to the proximity required for those services. We will not be operating at full capacity in order to accommodate the 6ft. social distancing guideline. At this time we have not increased our prices per service, however due to the increased cost of cleaning supplies and additional state-mandated protocols, we are adding a $5 sanitizing fee for each appointment to cover costs. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we navigate these new guidelines and business practices. 

 

Additional guidelines for appointments are below

 

  1. If you are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms we ask that you delay making an appointment for any services. If you have made an appointment and feel as though you have developed symptoms of COVID-19 we ask that you cancel your appointment.

    • For the safety of our clients and employees, we ask that you also cancel your appointment if someone in your household has developed symptoms of COVID-19.

  2. When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you wait in your vehicle and text the salon to let us know you are here.

    • We are scheduling 10 minutes between each appointment to ensure the nail techs have ample time to clean and sanitize between each client. Therefore, we can not allow people into the salon prior to their appointment.

  3. You will not be allowed into the salon if you do not have a mask.

    • If you show up to your appointment without a mask you will have the opportunity to purchase a disposable mask from us for $1.

    • If you choose not to purchase a mask and do not have one your appointment will be forfeited.

  4. You will receive a text from the salon when your tech is ready to see you. At that time you will be allowed entry to the salon, with a mask.

  5. Please arrive for your appointment by yourself. We will not be allowing any additional people into the salon. Any guests will have to remain outside for the duration of your visit.

  6. Upon your entry to the salon you will be required to wash your hands.

  7. Once your hands are washed you will be able to sit at your nail techs station.

  8. We will have personal file kits available for $3. They include all the multi-use files your tech will use for your service and can be used for up to 8 visits.

  9. When your service is completed, we ask that you promptly pay and exit from the salon in order to allow enough time for the tech to clean and sanitize before the next client.

    • We are asking at this time that all appoints be booked online through our booking link in order to reduce the amount of time you are in the salon after your appointment.

 

By continuing to 'Book an Appointment' you are certifying that you've not had a fever, cough or been directed to quarantine yourself in the past 14 days nor have you been in contact with anyone who has exhibited these or any other Covid-19 symptoms in the past 14 days.
